DO NOT PRESS THE RE-SET BUTTON ON YOUR MODEM!

Reboot your modem and computer – unplug the modem from the power and reboot your computer then plug the modem back into the power.

Do you have a router? If so, please reboot that also

Have you by passed the router? If not try that also, sometimes it’s the router causing the problem and not your internet service

What lights are on on the front of your modem? No DSL or Internet Light?
